"Green Lotus is a plant-based Vietnamese spot with a mixed crowd of in-the-know locals and monks from the nearby monastery. Dishes like caramelized faux fish claypot and sweet and sour hotpot bring all the Vietnamese flavors you’d expect, just without any meat.
