"Stray, a sexy cocktail bar in the Northern Quarter, is housed in a light-filled corner of a restored Victorian-era market building. If there’s a hint of sun, head here for day-drinking on the patio, but the nooks inside are even better as a post-dinner stop for a date that’s going well. Bartenders make clean, not-too-sweet cocktails from massive jars of homemade tinctures and atmospheric funk is always playing at just the right volume. They’re best-known for their tomato vine margarita and espresso martini (both available by the bottle to takeaway) but in our opinion, it’s their spicy margarita that tastes like alchemy. photo credit: Georgie Glass photo credit: Georgie Glass photo credit: Georgie Glass photo credit: Georgie Glass Pause Unmute" - Becky Cooper
