Inspired by small hideaway bars found in Portugal and Spain, this former row home is furnished with wooden chairs, family heirlooms, and candles whose wax remnants drip two feet deep. With a seasonal cocktail list, you never know exactly what you might find, but that’s part of the fun—the experts behind the bar know how to balance simplicity with complexity, often highlighting Clavel’s mezcals or Faddensonnen’s sake.
