"Oyo brings Caribbean and Latin flavors to Pleasanton with tropical fruit-driven cocktails and a menu of spice-laden dishes. The space very much reflects the island vibes–lots of greenery, bright colors, and a huge hand-painted mural containing a map of Guyana on the wall. The flaky, tender dhalpuri roti is a flawless vehicle for curry goat sauce and the calypso ceviche of scallops, shrimp, swordfish, and octopus is spicy and bright, thanks to a healthy dose of citrus juice and scotch bonnet pepper.
