"Like the name implies, the best part of this Sweetwater fritanga are the housemade tortillas—which are thick, two for $1, and too damn good. These warm masa discs turn this very good fritanga into an excellent one. First, take a piece of carne asada and place it on a tortilla. Then, add some vinegary salsa, a little salad for crunch, and fold it into a taco. It’s absolutely delicious.
