"Shabu Zone is a well-oiled machine. All of the action is front and center, with the food stations being the nucleus of this Chinatown restaurant. You have 90 minutes to work through everything this AYCE spot offers, and you’ll need every second. We love the endless options, including enough seafood to be its own buffet. Take a page from the veteran patrons’ books and stack your plates with each visit to the food stations. Meanwhile, servers whisk by tables routinely with a telepathic knowledge of when to reorder meat or top off your broth.
