"This inconspicuous, multi-room restaurant is located on a narrow side street in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. In other words, you’d walk right by it if you didn’t know to stop. Inside, two things are happening here that you won’t often find at other nice-but-casual restaurants around town: servers will refill your water glass and fold your napkin when you’re in the bathroom, and there’s the option to pick between an a la carte or full tasting menu.
