"Keeping track of the different Subrageouses in Miami can be tricky. There are three (all independently owned), but what separates this one from the rest is: Janet—and her honey mustard chicken sub. It’s the best of its kind in Miami. The cheese is tangled between every bit of sweet chicken. Janet is also really proud of her pickles, so make sure you add those with some banana peppers. At the wrapping counter, right next to the usual salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, they also have pepitas—which you should definitely add, too. Janet is a force that runs around her sub shop refilling water and chatting up FIU students. She hands you a fork with your sub.
