"This Spanish restaurant at the foot of a condo building in Little Havana is a bit difficult to find. And only a couple dishes here are worth the search—namely the piquillo peppers and cochinillo. The peppers are stuffed with creamy bacalao and the quarter cochinillo is juicy and tender. We just wish the skin was more brittle. The rest is a miss. Their huevos rotos are piled high into a beautiful little tower, but they’re dry and flavorless. And do not under any circumstances order the crema catalana, which you practically need a straw to consume. Inside, it looks like a Madrid tourist trap, with giant cast iron paella pans hanging on the wall and a mural of famous matadors at the end of the dining room. Unfortunately, it cooks like one too." - Virginia Otazo
