"It’s worth making a short Dart journey from Dublin’s city centre to Blackrock to suck in a lungful of sea air, and September should be your end destination after a stroll. The countrified-cool spot—all floral plates, mismatched wooden furniture, and sprigs in dinky vases—is a delightful place to while away a morning while eating some seriously great brunch dishes.
