The Ecuadorian food stall insideCentral Faremakes a rich goat stew served atop rice that’s so good, it’s hard to believe it’s coming from a place that shares bathrooms with the Brightline station. It makes sense when you realize this is the brainchild ofCotoa—one of Miami’s best restaurants. The bowls are customizable, but we like ours with pickled onions, toasted corn, and a hefty drizzle of ají de maracuya.
