"We know what you’re thinking—oysters in Arkansas? When those oysters are flown in from Nova Scotia daily, you bet. This seafood restaurant and fish market makes great sushi and beachy classics with Japanese twists—unsurprising, since the owners also run the local sushi spot, Aoi. Sit on the patio, order oysters, sweet queen crab legs, and a bluefin tuna stack with snow crab and avocado (if it’s available, request to make it a yellowtail stack). Cracking your crab legs under an umbrella beneath hanging ferns on the patio is objectively the place to be. But the inside has a special dockside feel of its own, complete with Jaws posters and a fresh fish market in case you are in need of a DIY sushi kit, or would like to adopt a lobster from the tank." - Ryan Bernsten
