The NYC Bar Hit List: Great New Bars In NYC

"The holy trinity at this wine bar on Great Jones Street consists of wine, aioli, and the occasional sidewalk cigarette. From the team behind Le Dive, Elvis is a little less Dimes Square parochial and a little more NoHo sophisticated. Come with a friend to complain for a few hours over a bottle of wine and an artichoke with fancy mustardy mayo. The best seat in the house is the stool in the big front window. Just make sure to ask your server for the story behind the name Elvis." - bryan kim, will hartman, willa moore, neha talreja, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah
