"The Alpharetta location of NFA Burger feels like a big shift from the original, but you’re still here for the same reason—to experience a great smashburger. The Avalon outpost does have a number of features the gas station-based flagship doesn’t. The dining room is massive, and there’s a bar where every sport you care about—and some you don’t—are playing on a loop. Their expanded menu includes boozy cocktails, thick milkshakes, and a sweet and savory liege waffle burger (it's delicious). Even in the upgraded setting, a single patty still runs just $5.75. Pair it with crunchy tater tots and a thick caramel banana milkshake for a satisfying midday stop. A textbook smashburger—simple, balanced, and done right. Jersey Dog With Turkey Chili With lightly charred and snappy skin, this hot dog tastes like it came fresh off the grill. This sounds like a TikTok dare, but it actually is good. Think of it like having a burger with melted american cheese and a garlicky- paprika-y sauce served with super sweet Hawaiian bread. You can also get the waffles served on their own. Banana Milkshake A thick, custard-based shake with sweet banana flavor and a light caramel drizzle. It’s rich, smooth, and definitely filling.
