"There have been several high-end sushi pop-ups in the Hamptons over the years, but for a more casual, daily situation, Sen is Sag Harbor’s go-to. We once read that Eric Ripert (chef of Le Bernardin) likes to come here, which is a good sign about the quality of fish.
