Pass D Jollof Review - Pioneer Square - Seattle - The Infatuation

"This Nigerian restaurant quickly went from a takeout-only kitchen to a full service restaurant—and we can see why. Their crackly meatpies alone are worth sitting down to savor, but you'll find other satisfying dishes, too. Tomato-stained jollof rice has kick, smoky ofada stew is loaded with chicken that slides right off the bone, and bouncy mounds of fufu come bundled in Saran wrap like the little gifts they are. The expansive, railroad-style dining room has an early 20th century feel while colorful paintings and a few TVs brighten things up. This Pioneer Square spot may not have the rowdy atmosphere and stocked bar to make it a game day destination for those heading to the stadiums, but it’s a great place to linger for lunch with coworkers or have an easy weeknight dinner that involves a meatpie or two." - Kayla Sager-Riley
