"When we first spotted the bright yellow window frames of Sugarcane Studio, we were intrigued. Then we tried the matcha yuzu tart and we became card-carrying members of this East Asian dessert shop’s fan club. You’ll be welcomed into this dinky shop in Bathwick by a sugarcane wall mural, adorable cat-covered merch, and a small but mighty counter of sliced bakes and macarons. Stick around on one of the few seats for a cosy treat break that involves black sesame soft serve, a hojicha latte, and wondering if you need another branded tote bag (you do).
