This crowded tapas bar in the middle of Casco Antiguo has a full tapas menu that includes tortilla española and montaditos, but their flex is the textbook-perfect churros, paired with a cup of steaming, decadent chocolate. Legend has it these are some of the best churros in Spain, and while we might not go that far, they’re certainly the best in Seville. There’s usually a wait to be seated, and it can get a bit claustrophobic, so be patient. The lines move fast, and watching them make the churros in a huge cauldron of bubbling oil is a crash course on longstanding Spanish traditions.
