"Given this exclusive restaurant’s keen commitment to the environment, it’s not surprising that many of the fruit and vegetables used in the dishes here were grown in the property’s own kitchen garden. While lunch options are limited to a small menu of mainly sandwiches and salads served by the swimming pool, in the evening the focus is on contemporary-style Mediterranean cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients.
