"This spacious restaurant with high ceilings and a black colour scheme is a sub-brand of the beef hotpot legend Liu Jia Zhuang. Freshly slaughtered local beef and offal are the specialities, to be blanched in an array of soup bases, such as the classic Tainan beef bone broth or mala broth.
