"The chef was replaced on 1 February 2024. ‘FARO’ means ‘lighthouse’, and indeed Faro shines its light on a new era of Italian cuisine in Ginza, illuminating the richness of Japan’s topography and culture. Visiting food-producing regions and workshops where serving vessels are made enables the chef to reflect the passions of farmers and artisans in his fare.
