"Inside the 14th-century Palazzo Branca Doria, the restaurant is located in the most typical historic centre, that of the carrugi and popular Genoa, which, at the first turn, knows how to become aristocratic. Ivano Ricchebono and his trusty Simone Belfiore, at his side for years, propose three tasting menus: Bernardo Strozzi (dedicated to the painter who in 1618 frescoed the room as you can still see it today despite the wear and tear of time) and Percorso di Liguria, both with a mix of land and sea, sometimes even coupled, and Vegetarian, leaving the freedom to reduce as well as cross the dishes from one course to the other.
