Truly, it is a wonder how restaurateur Jen Agg and her team manage to turn out so many from-scratch breads and pastas. Rosemary focaccia, tagliatelle alfredo and pappardelle twirled around oxtail ragu are just some of the hearty offerings at this favored wine bar in Dundas West. The signature dish is a cacio e pepe-inspired coil of ricotta-stuffed pasta. White-and-orange tile flooring, vintage posters and wood tones, along with welcoming servers, create a come-as-you-are, retro vibe. Some guests aren’t even here to eat.
