"A welcome addition to the rue Mouffetard: this bistro with a minimalist decor comprising concrete floor and ceiling is modelled on the Japanese izakaya. Under the leadership of chef Eric Trochon, Otto proposes a cuisine for sharing based on a short menu that revolves around the produce, simply accompanied by a condiment or a sauce for that extra kick. Hence chimichurri, sauce vierge or diable, ponzu sauce or lemon condiment are served alongside meat and fish, often cooked over binchotan coals.
