"Café Modern is sinds 2012 gevestigd in het unieke oude pand van de Twentsche Bank in Amsterdam-Noord. Het Restaurant Maandag t/m Zondag is het restaurant vanaf 18.00 uur open voor diner. Wij serveren een wisselend vijf, zes of zeven gangen menu à 60, 68, 75 euro en werken alleen met seizoensgebonden producten van lokale en kleinschalige leveranciers. Met dieetwensen houden wij rekening. Zondag t/m Woensdag kan je ook terecht bij ons voor een 3 of 4 gangen menu. Op deze ben je ook van harte welkom voor losse gerechten Zaterdag en Zondag zijn wij vanaf 12.00 uur geopend voor lunch. Keuze uit afzonderlijke lunchgerechten of uit het dagelijks menu."
