"If you’re looking for a restaurant with plenty of innate charm, this could be the perfect option for you. Hytra is located on the 6th and 7th floors of the Onassis Cultural Centre, a modern building with views of the Acropolis that in summer relocates to the rooftop terrace from where you can enjoy dinner beneath the stars while admiring the incredible Parthenon as a backdrop. The contemporary-style Greek cuisine on offer here, featuring fine textures and meticulous presentation, is based around Greek ingredients and herbs grown in the restaurant’s own kitchen garden, all of which are very clearly evident in its sauces, creams, seasonings, and even its cocktails. Choose between the à la carte and two enticing tasting menus, one of which (Think Green) is vegetarian.
