This translates into sustainably produced ingredients and organic produce from local suppliers, plus vegetables and herbs from the hotel's 2 500m2garden. In the evening, diners enjoy adept service and dishes such as fillet of perch caught by professional fisherman Claudio Görtz from Altenrhein, saffron foam, leek and Parisian potatoes, or roasted lettuce, lentil vinaigrette, creamed potato and herb oil.
