"Chuncho focuses on using the flavors, ingredients, and traditions of Ollantaytambo, the Sacred Valley, & the Cusco region. We only use ingredients from our own organic farm and those of local growers and suppliers. At Chuncho we revive traditional, native dishes with local ingredients. The food changes based on what we’re growing on our farm and which ingredients are in season. Our bar serves craft cocktails made with Caña Alta cañazo, made by Destilería Andina. The bar is open from 12 PM until 10 PM , with live music at 8 PM (Friday). Chuncho is the continuation of our family’s work that spans more than 4 decades here in Ollantaytambo, reflected in El Albergue, Destilería Andina and Café Mayu."
