"This small, contemporary-style restaurant in the splendid Baroque historic centre of Acireale (perfect for a stroll after your meal) boasts two dining rooms with large windows overlooking the Duomo belltower. Here, chef Valeria Raciti (winner of Italy’s Masterchef competition in 2019) creates interestingly named dishes (Vado in Giappone e Tonno - “I go to Japan and Tuna” is one of our favourites) which have their roots in Sicilian traditions yet are completely modern in their preparation.
