We are working with a farm in Hawaii that harvests free roaming axis deer. Because they feed off the volcanic soil, the meat is higher in nutrients, with a clean flavor that is not gamey. Venison is high in essential fatty and amino acids. It is a good source of lean protein and is packed with an immense amount of B vitamins."
