"Part of the Country House Villadorata resort in the hills outside Noto, this restaurant boasts a delightful setting with the sea as a backdrop, surrounded by gardens which provide many of the vegetables used in the cuisine. Viviana Varese, a Michelin-starred chef from Milan, is in partnership here with Matteo Carnaghi, who is at the helm in the kitchen, with excellent results.
