"This fine dining restaurant in the Hochfirst, a chic Alpine hotel, has an elegant but by no means stuffy atmosphere. The small, cosy space can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at beautifully laid tables, with views over the ski slope through large windows. Diners are free to choose the number of courses they would like from the set menu. The contemporary cuisine is appealingly uncomplicated, with dishes such as saddle of young venison with a coffee jus and black salsify. Service comes courtesy of a very friendly, attentive and well-drilled front-of-house team, who also provide wine recommendations.
