"There is an authentic feel to the dining area of this charming seafood restaurant. Adorned with various nostalgic photos of maritime scenes, it harks back to its opening year: 1983! Over the years, Het Nieuwe Palinghuis has earned a reputation for its classic fish dishes. The menu features langoustine with an intense nantua sauce, sole Véronique in a full-bodied white wine sauce, as well as a distinctively herby eel in green sauce.
