This beachside suburb is vibrant and attracts tourists and locals alike to it’s coastline, restaurants, cafes and bars.One of our favourite spots here is the Hardware Store Cafe. 60 years ago an actual hardware store stood here and the place pays homage with rusty tools and artwork hung in front of exposed red brick walls. Cutlery sits in tool boxes and the overall feel is rustic yet still contemporary. It always seems busy and it’s popularity is understandable given the excellent food, inviting interior and the friendly, laidback atmosphere."
