"The Bristol seems like it is underrated when it comes to the local dining scene, you don't hear much about it. Yet, it really is one of the best restaurants in Chicago and was named one of the 10 best new restaurants in the country by GQ. The menu changes based on seasonal selections and everything is a shared plate. This is also a great brunch spot, typically their is little to no wait and you'll get a fantastic meal." - Lee Zelenak
