On the Grid : Redleaf Beach

"Probably one of the best hidden jewels in this area is Readleaf Beach (more recently known as Murray Rose Pool) - a favourite amongst locals but usually missed by the general public. Hidden down the steps, behind the Woollahra Council Chambers, this Sydney harbourside beach has views to Darling Point and the harbour bridge. There is a safe tidal enclosure to swim in (some piece of mind for us with fear of sharks!) and pontoons in the middle. There is a small café perched above the beach. And yes, you have to climb up the stairs to get back to reality…." - CoMa
