The nº 58, an old appliance shop, is now a co-work studio and shop aimed at artisans and designers, where the products created by the resident artists can be purchased. The nº 54, an old jewelry workshop, is occupied by YAY, a fashion brand for boys from 0 to 12 years and in the nº 52, an old barber shop, one can find *MAD.B women fashion brand dedicated to bridal dresses and accessories and Cata Vassalo* dedicated to accessories. The three spaces are connected, share some common areas, integrating [Rés do Chão](http://www.resdochao.org) Non profit organization Network. It is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m."
