"Josephine, Intendente Anjos. The best burger of the neighborhood comes from the hands of the luso-french Josephine. But I'm not even sure that's the best they serve, since the steak is so incredible too. And this is only lunch, but check out their breakfast and snack menus throughout the day. It's the the go to place for a quick meal and a cold one at the end of the day when the atmosphere becomes that of a cosy pub."
