What began as a pop-up in Old City has become a bright, airy brick-and-mortar with exposed brick, a skylight, lots of plants, and a deli-inspired menu that changes frequently; I loved the borscht that first earned the place acclaim (originally as a fundraiser for Ukrainian refugees) and also enjoyed offerings like lox-topped bagels, cinnamon babka, and creamy potato-and-egg blintzes. - ByCaroline Eubanks
