"Perhaps only in Japan would a hotel on the site of a racetrack be an unusually fine one. The Fuji Speedway Hotel features views of the mountain and the speedway, and is home to a motor sports museum in addition to its onsen-style spa and its Italian and Japanese restaurants. The rooms are handsome and minimalist in style, and feature soaking tubs and rain showers, as well as balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows.
