"Finca Ca’n Beneït describes itself as a retreat rather than a hotel, and with its remote location perched up on a hill overlooking the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana, it certainly does feel like a place to get away from it all. Just ten rooms are housed in the carefully restored 200-year-old former chapel, which sits surrounded by 70 hectares of organic gardens, orchards, and olive groves. A taste of this terroir can be found at Restaurant Mirabona, which takes a farm-to-table approach for its seasonal Mallorcan dishes; the olives are even pressed in the still working centuries-old olive mill. Guests can also enjoy relaxed al fresco dining on the poolside terrace with views of the Tramuntana. Spa time also takes place outdoors, either with one of the hotel’s treatments, a yoga class, or in the secluded open-air plunge pool." - Tablet Hotels
