"M Boutique Hotel is a contemporary hotel with a personal backstory. Built on the bones of the old Daphne Hotel, one of Paphos’s first post-war lodgings, it was reimagined by Anthimos Economides in honor of his mother Maria, the original matriarch behind the family-run hotel. Today, it is an adults-only stay designed for couples, with minimalist rooms, warm wood tones, and, in some suites, private pools. Geppetto, the house restaurant, takes its cues from the nearby mountains, serving local wine and Mediterranean dishes with a seasonal focus.
