There’s the privileged location in the Cretan village of Plaka on the island’s northeastern coast — overlooking Elounda Bay, the hotel offers unparalleled views of picturesque Spinalonga Island. There’s the striking and eco-friendly architectural design, with six tiers of modern stone structures built into the steep hillside and connected by funicular trains.
