The chateau hotel sits surrounded by a vast 70-hectare park, home to a seasonal outdoor pool, a tennis court, running circuits, a tearoom, and the National Tomato Conservatory, set up by the prince to bring together together 785 varieties of tomato, which are then served in various ways at the open air summer kitchen, the Bar à Tomates®.
