This one plays on the capital’s history, immersing guests in a world of playful political kitsch, from the images of famous politicians to a design style in its restaurant and bars that’s almost parodically high-powered. The rooms are sunnier but no less playfully elegant, and they’re furnished with all the comforts of a much more self-serious luxury hotel.
