The grape-growing part is no longer in operation — locally produced wines still flow freely here, rest assured — so you can actually sleep in the atmospheric former wine cellar, which has been gloriously restored, or in the old manor house facing Mount Etna and the ocean, or out amid the vineyards in glass-encased suites framed with citrus trees.
