"I’m currently drinking Aslina’s chenin blanc, a skin-contact wine we released last year — leaving the skins on longer gives it more tannin structure and it’s beautiful (my staff keeps me away from it because I’d drink it all). I founded Aslina in 2016, naming it after my maternal grandmother, and run it from Delheim Wines in Stellenbosch where I buy grapes, blend varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, and bottle the finished product; this summer we opened our first stand-alone tasting room in Stellenbosch." - Dorothy J.
