"At the heart of the spa is the Aayush Hydrothermal Experience, a state-of-the-art hydrothermal facility. The only one of its kind in Florida, the 17,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor hydrothermal area offers rituals in heat therapy, cryotherapy, halotherapy, and hydrotherapy. The guided experience features a sequence of hot and cold replenishment pools, a hydro-reflexology path, an arctic chill fountain, an effusion shower, a salt inhalation chamber, sauna and steam rooms, and a lap pool. The fitness and mindfulness center features a 3,500-square-foot main cardio studio equipped with Matrix equipment, along with two separate wings that each contain three studios for group fitness and wellness classes. There is a long menu of massages, body treatments, and facials, plus the spa offers several beauty-enhancing treatments, such as the Icoone Face & Body Treatment and the MediSpa Facial Rejuvenation Treatment. Treatments occur in one of the 25 rooms, 12 of which include in-room showers. There are also two deluxe couples suites with private steam showers and ocean views and a dedicated Thai massage room.
