"Opened in June as the debut location for the brand’s Studio Commons concept, this property offers a private, keyed-off multiple-room layout that links four adjacent guest rooms (each about 250–280 sq ft) to a 600–650 sq ft communal kitchen, dining, and living area. The unit functions like a homeshare within a hotel: it sleeps up to eight guests in king beds, welcomes children, and can host gatherings of up to 20 people without sharing the space with strangers.
