"Opened in June as the debut location for the brand’s Studio Commons concept, this property offers a private, keyed-off multiple-room layout that links four adjacent guest rooms (each about 250–280 sq ft) to a 600–650 sq ft communal kitchen, dining, and living area. The unit functions like a homeshare within a hotel: it sleeps up to eight guests in king beds, welcomes children, and can host gatherings of up to 20 people without sharing the space with strangers. The concept is part of an eco-conscious, short- and long-stay–oriented brand and preserves hotel conveniences such as a saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, bike lending, complimentary breakfast, and wine-and-beer happy hours." - Michelle Baran
