"A women‑owned aquaculture operation founded in 2018 that farms oysters off Little Ram Island; owners Elizabeth Peeples and Stefanie Bassett originally ran the business from a boat, tumbling oysters by hand to produce cleaner, rounder shells and meatier oysters.
